Atty. Donna Manlangit
Managing Partner
Atty. Donna has a strong academic background and a passion for learning as well as teaching.
Graduating Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines Diliman (UP Diliman) for her Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, she pursued further studies, a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Juris Doctor degree in the same university.
She was also a scholar of Justice Irene Cortes Foundation and a member of the Pi Gamma Mu Honors Society.

Atty. Oliver Bayot
Senior Partner
Atty. Ollie is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and arbitration.
He is a proud law graduate of the University of Sto. Tomas where he also took up his Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Accountancy. He’s a Certified Public Accountant and he passed the Philippine Bar last 2000.
Currently, he is taking up his Executive Masters in Business Administration at the Asian Institute of Management.
