Atty. Oliver is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and arbitration. He is a proud law graduate of the University of Sto. Tomas where he also took up his Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Accountancy. He’s a Certified Public Accountant and he passed the Philippine Bar last 2000. Currently, he is taking up his Executive Masters in Business Administration at the Asian Institute of Management. 

He has ably represented his company in various types of cases such as Civil, Labor, Local and National tax cases. He served as Counsel for the company in an Arbitration case where the Company obtained a favorable arbitral award in the amount of 2.9 Billion pesos with positive effects to the company’s future revenues.
